We do not accept returns of our tea, as hygiene is our top priority!
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method only if there’s an issue. To initiate, record an unboxing video on your phone and send it to our customer service email found in the contact section, on the same day you receive your order! Remember, no video, no refund. Refunds are applicable only for damaged accessories, not for your treasured tea leaves. A refund may also be issued if your ordered product is out of stock.

“Damaged” refers to any delivery mishaps—think broken glassware, missing pieces, or
cracks. However, if the color or appearance doesn’t match our website images, that does not
constitute “damaged.”
